Decramastic tile (non asbestos) conversion to corrrugate.

We erected the scaffolding for the roofing project and adjustments were later required for the spouting and for the customer's exterior painting project. We removed the asbestos-free decramastic tiles, installed new timber purlins and re-roofed the pitched roof with Karaka .55 Dimond Colorsteel Maxx Corrugate. Colorsteel Maxx is a marine grade product and was necessary for this coastal location. Sasha our builder carried out the building work - installing apron flashings behind the cladding and replacing timber where necessary. We installed Karaka 1/4 Round Colorsteel .50 gauge Colorsteel Maxx spouting with matching Karaka downpipes and bends and installed a Velux opening skylight at this property. Our customer organised an exterior house paint to complete their project and were able to utilise the scaffolding we had organised.
