Non-asbestos decramastic tiles conversion to corrugate.

This customer was thrilled to learn that their decramastic tiles tested negative for asbestos. We erected edge protection and then installed new purlins and re-roofed in Windsor Grey Colorcote Magnaflow. Due to the close proximity to the sea the marine grade Magnaflow product was required for the best warranty. Our builder was engaged to install apron flashings behind the weather boards where the lower roof met the upper roof.

Like-for-like corrugated iron re-roof.

This property has had an amazing transformation. The old corrugated iron roof badly needed replacing. We worked alongside the builder who was rebuilding the rear roof and after we removed two chimneys to below the roofline we re-roofed with .55 Dimond Corrugate Colorsteel Endura in Ebony and re-roofed the single slope flat lean-to using .55 Dimond Styleline also in Colorsteel Endura. We installed new spouting and downpipes with Marley Stormcloud in Ebony and also installed 3 new Velux opening skylights. Our builder completed the apron flashing work behind the cladding. The owners organised the exterior house paint to complete the renovation.

Asbestos sheets converted to long run Styleline.

This surf lifesaving club already had scaffolding/edge protection supplied and had engaged an asbestos removal company to remove the asbestos roof. Due to the severe coastal conditions we re-roofed in .90 Dimond Colorcote Alumigard - Styleline profile in Gull Grey. Alumigard was the only product that was going to provide a warranty for a property this close to the sea. We installed new synthetic Covertek 405 roofing underlay recommended for commercial properties. Where there was a tar bitumen roof we removed this and lined with new butynol and installed a manual opening skylight for the customer. Our builder was required to carry out the building work to install apron flashings behind the cladding and also to install purlins to take a major dip out in the roof.

Like-for-like corrugated iron re-roof.

This was a simple conversion of an old tired corrugated iron roof. We erected scaffolding here as we were also re-spouting. We re-roofed in .55 Corrugate in Sandstone Grey Colorsteel Endura and installed 1/4 Round Sandstone Grey Colorsteel Maxx 50 gauge ZR8 spouting with matching downpipes.

Concrete Tile Conversion to long run corrugated iron.

We erected full scaffolding and removed the concrete tiles, installed new timber purlins and re-roofed using Flaxpod 55 Dimond Corrugate Colorsteel Maxx. This property is close to the sea so the marine grade Maxx was required. Our builder installed flashings behind the cladding where the roofing meets the wall. A stunning result.

CONCRETE TILE CONVERSION

We organised full scaffolding and then removed the concrete tiles to install new timber purlins and .55 corrugate long run iron in Grey Friars Colorcote Zinacore. We relined and replaced the butynol in the internal gutter areas and around the skylights. There was a lot of building work with this project  as our builder built out the gable ends to create eves, installed new barge boards and installed apron flashings behind the cladding where it met the upper roof. The customer organised a painting company to complete the exterior painting work and we successfully coordinated with them and organised the painting platforms for them to work from.

Corrugate iron like-for-like re-roof.

We re-roofed the main corrugated iron roof and verandah with .55 Corrugate Colorcote Zinacore and re-roofed the low pitch rear secton with .55 Styleline Colorcote Zinacore. There was a bit of buillding work involved here as we repitched the low pitch rear roof section and packed out the dip to straighten the roof line. We installed apron flashings behind the cladding at the front verandah roof.

ASBESTOS SLATE TILES CONVERSION.

We organised full scaffolding and then worked with a certified asbestos removal company who removed the  asbestos slate tiles. We then re-roofed in long run corrugate and replaced the internal gutter with custom made flashings. We successfully worked alongside the builder who had been organised by the customer.

Corrugate like-for-like re-roof with corrugated long run roofing.

We erected our edge protection and replaced the old corrugated iron roof with a new Permanent Green .55 Dimond Colorsteel Endura Corrugate roof. Our builder replaced some rotten purlins and installed apron flashings behind the cladding.

Corrugate iron like-for-like re-roof.

We erected edge protection and re-roofed in Lignite Corrugate Colorcote Zinacore. We also replaced all the clear sheets like-for-like. This was a straightforward re-roof.
