Bernard has been roofing for over 30 years and has a wealth of expertise and experience. He oversees all the sites and manages Roof Wellington’s team leaders and their roofing teams. He provides daily support and assistance to ensure all projects are completed to the highest and safest standard. Bernard has a vast knowledge of all roofing types and the technical skills to support our quoting and project management  process. Bernard is a Licensed Building Practitioner and has a multitude of other  roofing certifications.

Sasha is a highly skilled carpenter and he applies his expertise, perfectionism and work ethic to every job. Sasha is a key component to our company’s success and as he moves around the sites he ensures that any roofing project requiring building work is completed to a superior finish and standard. Sasha uses his practical and problem solving skills to find the most cost effective solution for the customer and/or to produce work that carries the WOW factor.

Cale is a well respected team leader and a highly capable roofer. He has been roofing for 8 years and Roof Wellington have been lucky to have him for the last 5. Cale has a can-do mindset - no job is too big or too small and every job is a new challenge. Cale is a Licensed Building Practitioner and has multiple certifications in the industry as he continues to show growth and commitment to the roofing sector.

Dallas is an experienced and highly capable roofer who has been with Roof Wellington for seven years. Dallas is motivated, hardworking and passionate about roofing and an excellent team leader. He demonstrates his knowledge and expertise by explaining things clearly and he puts customers at ease and in the know. Dallas is working towards becoming a Licensed Building Practitioner which will make him an even bigger asset to the Roof Wellington team.

Christian has been roofing for 7 years and Roof Wellington were lucky to have him join our  team 5 years ago. Christian has progressed to team leader and he brings his excellent problem solving skills, confidence and positive attitude to every project.

Ed has been roofing for 19 years in the Wellington area and the Bay of Islands. He has been a team leader for over 16 years and is a well known and respected roofer as he has mastered multiple areas of roofing and is an expert in membrane roofing, substrate rebuilding, long-run and spouting installation. He is a dedicated and valuable Team Leader for Roof Wellington.
